Wise Satoshi ("Wise Satoshi," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MSTR Options Projector at wisesatoshi.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Account information. If you create an MSTR MODLer Pro account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password through our authentication provider, Supabase. We do not have access to your plaintext password.
Saved scenarios. If you save option scenarios, we store the position data you enter (strike price, expiration, contract count, and related inputs) tied to your account.
Payment information. If you subscribe to MSTR MODLer Pro, payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full credit card number — Stripe handles this in compliance with PCI-DSS.
Contact form submissions. If you use the Contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry.
Email list. If you join our waitlist or subscribe to updates, we collect your email address through Kit, our email service provider.
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the Service, including saving and loading your scenarios; to process payments and manage your subscription; to respond to support requests submitted through the Contact form; and to send you product updates or transactional emails (such as trial and billing notices) if you've subscribed or created an account.
Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on the following providers to operate the Service: Supabase (account authentication and data storage), Stripe (payment processing and subscription billing), Kit (email list management and transactional emails), and Mailtrap (outbound transactional email delivery). Each provider processes your information under its own privacy policy and security practices.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and saved scenarios for as long as your account remains active. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will delete your saved data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes (such as payment records).
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at help@wisesatoshi.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
Children's Privacy
This Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
