These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MSTR Options Projector at wisesatoshi.com (the "Service"), operated by Wise Satoshi, a sole proprietorship. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Wise Satoshi provides an educational and informational tool that models potential MSTR option scenarios using the Black-Scholes pricing model and user-supplied assumptions about Bitcoin price, mNAV, and related inputs. The Service is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon for making investment decisions.
2. No Financial Advice
Nothing on this Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. All projections are based on model assumptions you provide and may differ materially from actual market outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
A free tier of the Service is available without an account. MSTR MODLer Pro is a paid subscription offering additional features, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. New Pro accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no payment method required to start. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage billing" link available in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are limited to two concurrent login sessions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure; scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or output at scale without permission; or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Wise Satoshi. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Market data displayed may be delayed, estimated, or derived from third-party sources and may not reflect real-time or accurate values. Implied volatility, especially for long-dated or illiquid contracts, may differ significantly from live market quotes.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISE SATOSHI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
